Get an email when the tribunal publishes a new decision near a postcode (rent increase decisions, rent repayment orders, or both), or when a licensing scheme in your council starts, ends or is renewed. One email on the days there is something new, or a monthly digest, never more. We keep only your email address and the area; nothing is passed on, and every email has a one-click stop link.
Also: a rent challenge pack or rent repayment order pack can email you a reminder before your last day to apply, and the licence checker can watch one address on a council register we hold.
You'll get one email asking you to confirm; nothing is sent until you click it. Decisions are published by GOV.UK weeks or months after the hearing, so alerts arrive when the publication happens, not the decision.
