Request a building report

A building report costs £29, for 34 The Quays, Lincoln, LN1 2XG. It is prepared by a person from public tribunal decisions and sent as a PDF. Every figure in it is free on this site; the report puts them in one document, with a GOV.UK link for each decision.

• The building's decisions: date, kind, outcome, what was challenged and disallowed, section 20C, the summary and the passages each came from.
• The records of the freeholder, management company and managing agent named, with the number of decisions behind each figure.
• The same figures for the local authority and England; the rules; the method and its limits.
