In coming to its decision, the tribunal had regard to the general of comparable properties of a similar nature. The tribunal has utilised its own professional judgement and experience rather than a specific market transaction. … The tribunal taking all of this into account considered that the property would be worth £250.00 per week or £1000 per month (£1083.34 per calendar month) inclusive of utilities and council tax, with effect from 1st May 2022.
