Relying on my own expert, general knowledge of rental values in the area, and the comparables provided by the tenant, I am of the opinion that the market rental of the subject Property remains at £2,000 per month. It is in the same general condition as the comparable properties including having some furniture, white goods, floor coverings and curtains provided by the landlord. Market rent £2,000.00 pcm
